Hanna’s class allows me to achieve what I’m looking for with every class, with the work of my body.
I’m able to relax, ground, quiet my mind, I feel TOTALLY safe in her space and I openly share with her my struggles with my body that I’m working with. (I’m in pt)
She’s on point with cues, explaining position switches, (I’m newish, we are 4 months into classes) and every class is different. My body loves this!
I’m thrilled she took yoga classes online and as soon as she did i signed up and have been attending since. Ive seen huge improvements in my body already and I can’t wait to see where she takes me as my other health issues settle.
She’s caring, attentive, personal. Before her, I only dabbled in yoga positions on my own but now I’m following courses thanks to her.

Hanna lead a terrific yoga class and international women’s day celebration! The building was accessible, the space was inclusive and welcoming - even to those who felt hesitant, shy and nervous walking in, like myself! I enjoyed the journaling prompts too.

I’ve been to both the in person and virtual classes and I can full heartedly say that Hanna was born to do this. From “hello” to “namaste” you feel safe, peaceful, and deeply connected to yourself and the words she’s saying.

I just came out of the Slow Flow virtual class feeling sooo relaxed & refreshed! ✨ Hanna is soothing and encouraging through the whole class, and she goes at the perfect pace. Great for staying warm & active in the colder months ❤️ I’m looking forward to making these a part of my weekly routine (and super looking forward to joining Hanna’s outdoor classes again in summer!)
