Frequently asked questions

  •  Amazing! I want to support you through your journey and help you cultivate your own personal practice. All of my classes/workshops are beginner friendly. I always provide an intro to props, verbiage to expect to hear, and leave space to answer any questions. I want you to feel as comfortable as possible to truly enjoy your first class, and come back!

  • As of November 2025, I am accepting new clients! Currently I offer custom facials, certain treatment modalities and relaxation massage. My plan is to master the art of facial massage, as I believe that facial massage is incredibly powerful, especially as a migraine sufferer myself. I am committed to learning how to utilize facial massage for migraine relief, promote relaxation and support mood regulation. Ultimately, I plan to integrate yoga & esthetics to create my own wellness center with additional healing practices from other practitioners.

  • Facials are a fantastic way to take care of your skin. I offer a customer facial to every client depending on what your skin needs THAT DAY! As your Facialist, I will double cleanse, exfoliate, apply a mask, and finishing products. I also include optional scalp, facial, neck & shoulder and hand & arm massage in every facial. Additional treatment modalities are available to be added on, some for an additional cost.

  • At this time, I offer microdermabrasion (form of exfoliation), dermaplaning (form of exfoliation), enzyme mask, cold globes, and gua sha. Eventually, I will be offering facial cupping, LED light therapy, hot/cold stone therapy and more.

  • Bring me a list of your current at home care routine! If possible, stop all active ingredients for a few days leading up to your service such as AHA’s/BHA’s like glycolic acid and salicylic acid. Additionally, if you’d like a deeper exfoliation service such as microdermabrasion or dermaplaning, please pause use on all Retinol/Retinal products; including the prescription Tretinoin. Please come in free of makeup to keep your service focused on relaxation. If you have recently received Botox or Filler you must wait the full 14 days before receiving a facial.

  • I love working with sensitive skin! I primarily use a brand that is geared towards sensitive skin called Hale & Hush. Please don’t let sensitive skin deter you from giving my Gentle Facial a try. A thorough consultation is done for all new clients at their first appointment, and all services are customized to meet your needs. Have allergies? I am allergic to specific ingredients myself, so I am dedicated to ensuring you are always safe in my treatment room. Please let me know ahead of time so I can ensure I have products to meet your needs.

  • The green bottle method is a scale that allows me to welcome participants regardless of their current financial state. This scale is “pay what you can” but really broken down into, where are you at currently with your finances to be able to pay for things outside of your basic needs? So, I offer a suggested price of what I would consider a “fair price” for my yoga class/workshop/event, and you can either pay that price, a lower one, or a higher one! Or you can not pay me at all; because I don’t believe yoga should be gatekept due to financial inability to participate. No questions asked. When you pay higher than the suggested amount, you are allowing me to make more space for lower income folks to join and I am still paid a livable wage for my labor.

  • YES! In fact, I have zero tolerance for transphobia, homophobia, racism, antisemitism, zionism, ableism and being an unkind person in any and all of my spaces. I have no problem addressing any situation that may make you uncomfortable. My goal is to have an incredibly safe space for all of those who choose to participate.

  • Great question! Ensuring my classes and events are as accessible as possible is a top priority to me. I do my best to ensure that disabled and neurodivergent folks are accommodated to the best of my ability. I do not currently own any of the spaces I utilize, but I try to ensure they are spaces friendly to mobility aids and sensory friendly. In my yoga classes, I offer variations to postures to make them more accessible for all bodies. I care greatly about continually improving this for my clients & students, so please if you see somewhere I can do better; tell me!
